Title:
LibreOffice Base doesn't start at all

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I am unable to start LibreOffice Base in ubuntu 12.10. I tried both
via unity and by typing "lobase" in terminal.

It only shows message "This operation can be done in this operating
system" (loose translation from Polish to English as it ignores LC_ALL
  setting).

Other LibreOffice apps work as expected.
