Title:
‘Go Back’ and ‘Go Forward’ have wrong shortcuts assigned

Status in Ubuntu Software Center:
  Confirmed
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  1. Open the View menu.
  2. Observe that "Go Back" and "Go Forward" are listed as having the shortcuts
Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+].
  3. Press those combinations.

  What happens: Nothing.

What should happen: As entering "[" and "]" in my keyboard layout
(Spanish Latin America) is too cumbersome (even for my big hands), and
given that both Alt+← and Alt+→ work, the View menu's shortcuts should
be changed to the two latter, standard shotcuts.
