I managed to get things working with the following workaround: cd /usr/share/gtk-doc/html sudo mv gtk gtk2 sudo mv gdk gdk2
devhelp seems to be looking for a file using the scheme <dirname>.devhelp inside <dirname>. For me it does not find libcairomm reference.
