Screen locking issue

Bug description:
It is unbelievable what these people can do to ubuntu and to my compiuter.It
is a different problem ,it is blocked my screen from the opening ,dash does not
function properly ,i cannot open with alt+f2,very very difficult to open
launchpad!!!!
