Bug description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
What I am doing: Connecting to my media server (Ubuntu 9.10) from my
main machine (Ubuntu 9.10)
When connected to a remote FTP server a symlink to a directory does
not work..."This link cannot be used, because its target
"/mnt/disk2/xyz" doesn't exist." This link works with other file
browsers including my ps3. Also the Nautilus icon for the symlinked
directory shows to be a document rather than a folder.
When using Nautilus on the media server locally the symlink works
perfectly, and the icon show a folder with a curly arrow like it
should.
