Title:
Network disabled after resuming from suspend (when using cairo-dock)

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
This is to complete the information needed in bug #1242679. The
network manager is disabled upon resuming from suspend and the service
has to be restarted via the terminal. It may be related to the panel
applets itself, as the restart/shutdown stopped working at the same
  time.

This bug was not present in Raring, and neither Xubuntu or Lubuntu
  Saucy are affected.
