Title:
Doubleclick on menubar doesn't maximize window

Status in “gtk+2.0” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
The new light-themes make the window titlebar and menubar appear to be one
piece, a patch to GTK also allows the window to be dragged around by clicking
on the menubar.
Maximizing the window by doubleclicking is however only possible with the
titlebar. This is inconsistent.
