gnome-control-center --version returns
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive
a reply (timeout by message bus) when gnome-control-center is already
open.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open terminal and run gnome-control-center.
2. Open another terminal and run gnome-control-center --version. You get the
following error:
$ gnome-control-center --version
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply
(timeout by message bus)
4. Notice that in terminal from step 1, you get:
$ gnome-control-center
gnome-control-center 3.6.3
