Mosh Aharoni, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ .

If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in
the development release from a Terminal
(Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will automatically gather
and attach updated debug information to this report:

apport-collect -p xorg REPLACE-WITH-BUG-NUMBER

Thank you for your understanding.

Title:
Xorg freeze randomly since Ubuntu 12.04 till 13.04

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Ok I've reported this bug before but without uploading info.

System has been freezing randomly for a year now or more. Since I first
upgraded from 11.10 to 12.04.
Random freezes, sometimes with lockedup screen, keyboard and mouse snd
sometimes just screen and keyboard. I can sometimes enter the tty terminals,
and reboot from there.

It also happend when I tried to use Fedora 17 - very strange....

Happens a few times a day, and cannot be produced by will.

Hope the info below can help understand my starting point....
