John John Doe, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Also I enabled Visual Effects in the Appearance Preferences (gnome-appearance-properties) of Ubuntu. I set the mode to Extra. I am running Ubuntu (Maverick) 10.10 and using git 1.7.8.3. Problem When I changed windows with ALT + TAB the Visual Effects seem to crash. That can be seen since the mode is set to None afterwards.
