Nothing at all is shown, they are just dead. However, Xorg works without any problems, I can login through GDM and use a Gnome session. I know that the blank virtual consoles are there because I can login "blind" and then see the logged in user when I use "who" in gnome- terminal. It also does not matter if I use my docking station (which has the DVI connector ) or not.
