Title: Can not add printer in Ubuntu GNOME 13.10 Status in Ubuntu GNOME: Confirmed Status in “system-config-printer” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Trying to add a printer via the printers section of the setting pages always fails with a "can not add new printer" pop up message.
