mouse pointer acceleration value not stored after resume from suspend
to RAM

Bug description:
Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
on dell d610 (if it does matter), on kubuntu 9.10 (as well as on 8.10,
by the way), i need to set mouse pointer acceleration again and again
after resume from RAM. With shutting down and turning on usual way
everything's alright.
