test_bfb_tooltip_disappear_when_dash_is_opened This test appears to
randomly be failing. For the most part the tooltip is getting destroyed
and == None. Sometimes it doesn't appear to be. Need to fix this!

test_bfb_tooltip_disappear_when_dash_is_opened This test appears to
