missing binary in texlive-music package: songidx

Bug description:
As per the documentation for songs.sty here:
http://songs.sourceforge.net/songsdoc/songs.html#sec10.3 I expect a
binary called songidx to exist in the path somewhere, but it is
missing. IMO this should be in the same package as the songs.sty file
- namely texlive-music, although I am not a heavy LaTeX / TeX user so
there might be a better way to arrange it.
