Bug description:
The various LaTeX styles for OSA journals were present in karmic's
texlive-publishers-doc, but gone from the lucid version:
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/osa/README
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/osa/journals/*
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/osa/optical_networking/*
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/osa/optics_express/*
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/osa/optics_letters/*
This prevents users from compiling LaTex documents with opex3 and
other document types, and it is a regression.
