Trying to open an indicator on a second monitor when an indicator is
open on the first monitor does not work correctly

Bug description:
When you have an indicator opened on the first monitor and then cross
over to the second monitor and then try to open an indicator on that
monitor, the indicator opens in the wrong position on the second
monitor and hovering does not work.
