Dear Alberto, from your logs, it seems that the package in my PPA at least improved the situation, and X does not crash anymore when loading the openchrome driver.
But it seems you have an additional problem to the one that was solved in the package in my PPA. I recognized that you use a 64 Bit system, whereas I am using a 32 Bit system. Maybe there is an additional regression affecting only 64 Bit systems? Anyways, I think you could try compiling your own openchrome driver based on the latest upstream version and report your bug there, too. With git, you may even be able to find the commit that introduced your regression for your system. It has never been easy with X11 but with Ubuntu 13.10/saucy it has become an export issue to get this netbook running. Notice that this is a regression from Ubuntu 13.04/raring where openchrome was worked more or less flawless. With 13.10 however, X11 bails out and even the console is not usable afterwards.
