Font settings different for QT adn GTK apps

Bug description:
When I change font type and anti-aliasing (like turning it off) in
gnome appearance the QT apps are not effected by this setting like
VLC, SMplayer, Opera etc. I resolved this issue with custom file
".fonts.conf" in my home directory, however this is not something for
home users.
