scrolling in online accounts gives visual artifacts
Status in “unity-control-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Using two-finger touchpad scrolling (probably also mouse scroll-wheel
scrolling) in the list of online account providers gives some visual
artifacts that I don't recall seeing in earlier Ubuntu releases; the
highlighted bar isn't properly updated as the list scrolls. The
attached screenshot will say it better than I can.
