The control panel includes a switch without description

Bug description:
Using deja-dup in trusty:
- open system-settings
- click on the backup icon
- look at the panel, there is a switch widget at the top right... but nothing
that helps the user to understand what the control is doing
Would it make sense to have a "Backup" label next to it?
