Desktop freeze while drag-maximizing window

Bug description:
It has happened today twice at 22:23 and 22:54. I laft click with
mouse on firefox titlebar and try to drag it up against "taskbar" to
make FF windo to maximize. I see this shadow/animation of window about
to extend its borders and desktop freezes. I do not remember if mouse
still moves. I go to another console Ctrl+Alt+1, log in, and execute
"pkill -U username" that brings me back to logon screen.
