** Description changed: Gnome-Panel menu-bar applet disappears when I add indicator-applet- appmenu (global-menu) to panel. However other indicators & applets are not affected. It could be related Bug #1222339, where global-menu was causing each & every other applet to crash including global-menu itself. This bug was fixed in 3.8.0-1ubuntu6. + + [Test Case] + 1. install gnome-session-flashback. + 2. login in session. + 3. add indicator-applet-appmenu to gnome-panel. at this point menu-bar will dissapear. + 4. remove indicator-applet-appmenu from panel to get menu-bar back. + + [Regression Potential] + I think there is no regression potential. Same fix is used for external applets built with libpanel-applet library.
