Title: Fix Glade 3.8 crashes on opening file with Glib >= 2.37 Status in “glade-3” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: System: Linux Mint 17 MATE Edition (based on Ubuntu 14.04) Glib version: 2.40.0-2 Glade version: 3.8.0-0ubuntu6 When I've tried to open a file [1], Glade crashed. Upon further investigation I've found an upstream commit [2] from Glade 3.8.4 which fixes the crashes with Glib >= 2.37. I've backported this commit and made a patch out of it. The patch is in the attachment. Dear maintainers, please apply it.
