Bug description:
when a window is selected for whatever reason (eg window spread) external
borders are highlighted (selected-color)
then you toggle to the desktop while it is still selected/highlighted
(eg via active corners)
the highlighted borders are not redrawn resulting in an empty square
bordered of the selected-color
