Same problem here: after upgrade to natty, all my drawers are empty...addind a new drawer and populating it don't solve the issue: the new drawer still don't open. In other hand, creating a drawer from an existing menu is working fine...

In my panel I have 1 drawer. Prior to upgrade it had 3 launchers in it, after upgrade it was empty. This is the second time this has happened during the natty development cycle. After the first, I removed the empty drawer and added a new one.
