Bug description:
I'm on Ubuntu MATE 16.04 Beta 2. Clean install.
My printer refuses to work on 16.04 using the latest Epson driver
(http://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/search/01/search/searchModule). Was
working OK on 15.10 and 14.04 (Mint 17.3) with the same driver
(weren't updated since 2013).
Went through the printer troubleshooting, here's mine
