Bug description:
I don't know if this should be reported as bug, if not, remove it.
Changing theme via Unity-Tweak-Tool should change the theme of windows
decorations (windows borders), however, it does not change them.
Workaround is to add theme name to org.gnome.metacity theme via dconf-
editor.
