Title:
display correctly file names with utf-8 characters

Status in file-roller package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
when e.g. downloading multiple attachments from google mail it offers
"utf-8". if a filename contains umlauts, like "ΓΌ" it is displayed
incorrectly in the file-roller gui. but the whole process, save
attachments from gmail into a zip, opening the zip, dragging and
dropping it to the filesystem works and preserves the utf-8 umlaut.
