Bug description:
If I add to a zip archive file with it's name in Russian, it can't be
extracted.
It's name is shown as "???????????????". When I try to extract it, I get
"caution: filename not matched: \?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?
\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?\?".
