Public bug reported:

alsa has a glitch in it.

oss4 doesnt have this option but I dont think I have that installed and I
completely killed off pulse.
probly overkill but everything I knew ran it instead of anything else and pulse
is as bad, if not worse than unity and gnome3.

there is a config file, but I forget which file exactly it is on the
system.

anyways. palemoon tried to do some sound thingy while banshee was
running. as you know only pulse supports this, however cross or down
mixing app sources to the sink *should work*. (same drain anyways)

alsa complains and wants to remove my sound card while im using it. It
say hell no, go away and everything sort of goes back to normal.

not sure how to enforce all apps use same sink though...hmmm...
