Title:
BT will be disabled after resume from S3 when "unity-control-center
bluetooth" is running

Bug description:
My system is Ubuntu 14.04 64bit.
1. Turn on BT
2. open the "unity-control-center bluetooth" from panel menu, and it will
show the status of BT is "on"
3. Enter S3
4. BT will switch to "off" while resume to system
Clarify issues with following information. ( all systems are based on Ubuntu
14.04 64bit)
- If the "unity-control-center bluetooth" is not running, the BT won't be
disabled.
- open blueman and doing S3/resume --> pass
- use different chipset to verfiy and status listed below
