Thank you for your bug report. What desktop environment do you use?
Right click doesn't open tooltips, do you context menu instead? The area
you click on to close it, is it the nautilus toolbar? like around the
previous/next buttons?

Title:
  Nautilus tooltip doesnt close on left click if within ~100px radius of
  top left corner

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1. Open a nautilus window
  2. Rightclick somewhere to make a tooltip appear
  3. Can't close it by left clicking if the click is in an area (estimated 
100px) near the top left corner (outside of the tooltip)

  OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  Nautilus: 3.14.3
