USB Modem:
HiLink USB modem (Huawei E3372).
lsusb:
Bus 003 Device 006: ID 12d1:14dc Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
Module:
cdc_ether
After reboot OS - modem connected on HiLink mode and indicator on device
show blue light (modem connected) and on panel NM show connected. BUT
really network not available!
This variants not solved problem (not network):
- sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service
- sudo modprobe cdc_ether
- reconnect modem to USB port (device connect normaly but network not available)
Solved problem only turn off PC and start again - modem connected and
network available.
On Ubuntu 14.04 modem working fine and after reboot OS too - this Ubuntu 16.04
problem!
I don't know this problem NetworkManager or maybe module device or etc...
