  After reboot OS - modem connected on HiLink mode and indicator on device
- show blue light (modem connected). BUT really network not available!
+ show blue light (modem connected) and on panel NM show connected. BUT

  This variants not solved problem (not network):
  - sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service
  - sudo modprobe cdc_ether
  - reconnect modem to USB port (device connect normaly but network not 
available)
  
  Solved problem only turn off PC and start again - modem connected and
  network available.
  
  On Ubuntu 14.04 modem working fine and after reboot OS too - this Ubuntu 
16.04 problem!
  I don't know this problem NetworkManager or maybe module device or etc...
