As you can see in the lines above, in the mean time I installed 'brightness-controller' which is working fine. And even after the reboot still nothing changed (Setting and keys). Also I attached a screenshot of the Brightness Setting. On this new release 16.10 (everything went right during upgrade) there is no brightness slider and the function keys don't work. Also when going in Sound Setting can't see neither the volume slider between the two loudspeaker icons (just can hear a sound when clicking between them but doesn't do anything while function keys working well).
