Bug description:
  I got a security update notice from ubuntu 14.04 lts 32-bit. and it
  uninstalled lots of things and re-installed lots of things during the
  re-install it said something failed to update. When I tried installing
  the failed update it kept giving me error messages and now I can't
  update ubuntu.
