Bug description:
Binary package hint: chromium-browser
When "Block sites from setting any data" is selected, all sites listed
in Exceptions are ignored.
They are also ignored when "Ask me when a site tries to set data" is
selected. The user is asked multiple times about the same site even
when "Remember my choice for all cookies and site data from <site-
name>" is selected during the "Cookie from <site-name>" dialog.
