Public bug reported:

Multiple changes suggested by upstream for our own ubuntu dock panel:
- add slighter larger marging (there is no icon in this panel, and so, the rows
are smaller
- only display "Show on" if multiple screens are available (doesn't make sense
when there is only one screen)
- Show on should pilot the primary display + the existing on all screens, it
doesn't make sense to place the dock on one display only and the top bar on
another one.

** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Summary changed:

- Align Dock UI better with other panels
+ [UIFe] Align Dock UI better with other panels
