** Summary changed:

- [UIFe] Align Dock UI better with other panels
+ Align Dock UI better with other panels

** Description changed:

Multiple changes suggested by upstream for our own ubuntu dock panel:
- - "Screen position" to be replaced by "Position on screen"
+ - "Screen position" to be replaced by "Position on screen" (already covered
by the other UIFe in the same upload)
  - add slighter larger marging (there is no icon in this panel, and so, the
rows are smaller
  - only display "Show on" if multiple screens are available (doesn't make
sense when there is only one screen)
- - Show on should pilot the primary display + the existing on all screens, it
doesn't make sense to place the dock on one display only and the top bar on
another one.
