just go to software center and open the software resources and change
the "YOUR_COUNTRY_NAME server" to "MAIN_SERVER" i solved my prob like
this only

  Ubuntu software center fails to download softwares from Internet even

Bug description:
  I am unable to download any thing from Ubuntu software Center as its showing 
me an error that net connection was lost. but the net is working properly, and 
all the net connections are working properly.
