For me, yes it is reproducible.  If I leave my machine locked for any
significant period of time (say over 15 minutes), it will not properly
unlock.

  Since upgrade from 17.04 to 17.10 I've been having issues with Display
  locking up or not returning from sleep.  I think that's what this one
  is related to.  I have a NVidia 1080 Ti, hooked up to 3 Asus monitors
