Public bug reported:
The Help menu item in unity-control-center doesn't work in Ubuntu 17.10.
Note that the system help provided by ubuntu-docs now uses help:gnome-
help instead of help:ubuntu-help URIs. The help now corresponds with the
default Ubuntu session help instead of Unity.
While a team could resurrect the old Unity documentation, it is a big
job to support it.
** Affects: unity-control-center (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
