Title:
If network location unavailable, allow "retry"

Status in Déjà Dup:
  Triaged
Status in deja-dup package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
It'd be nice if there was a "retry" button if the network resource is
  not available.

  Current workflow:
   - deja-dup pops up, tries to backup, NAS turned off, deja-dup complains
   - hit OK button
   - turn on NAS, wait
   - find deja-dup in the system settings
   - start backup

  This could be simplified to:
   - deja-dup pops up, tries to backup, NAS turned off, deja-dup complains
   - turn on NAS, wait
   - hit retry

Happens to me every week. :-)
