Feedback:
- first the upgrade of whoopsie, and the libcurl3 removal have broken
network-manager
- a logoff/logon have not resolved the problem, nor Alt+F2+r
- but a cold boot makes network-manager working again, as expected.
** No longer affects: curl (Ubuntu)
** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Invalid

Title:
[showstopper] Port to libcurl4
Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Due to:
" whoopsie (0.2.59build1) bionic; urgency=medium
* No-change rebuild against libcurl4
-- Steve Langasek <[email protected]> Wed, 28 Feb 2018

if whoopsie is upgraded (proposed), it install libcurl4 (libcurl3
renamed as libcurl4) but insist to remove libcurl3. If that package is
purged, then networl-manager stops working (fully broken), mainly due
to libcurl3-gnutls, there is no libcurl4-gnutls yet (only the -dev
one)
