Title:
   Unity control center chokes on initial number in user name

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  This is a follow-up from bug 1600638.

  Debian's adduser does not allow the initial character of a username to
  be a digit. It would be nice if (unity/gnome)-control-center could
  detect this and disallow it or recommend against it.

  What happens
  ============
  A popup that says

  Failed to add account
  running '/usr/sbin/adduser' failed: Child process exited with code 1'
