Applets are missing on Wayland
Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
On X.Org Server the gnome-control-center is populated with plenty of
applets (or what you call them).
But on Wayland most of the applets are missing, I can't add users or
change background wallpaper.
