Title: [ubuntu lucid] thunderbird does not know what to do with png image files Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Binary package hint: thunderbird running ubuntu lucid (>beta2) with thunderbird 3.0.4, and the thunderbird-gnome-support installed. Email attachments of type pdf, doc, jpg, tif are recognized and a dialog box with suitable program to open is offered. However, for a png image attachemnt, while recognized as png image, only saving (or cancel) is offered.
