the page seems to load ok, but then Firefox greys out and then right
after that the mouse pointer stops moving. One must do a hard power
off, power on to get the machine to work again. Just recently started
happening as of version 45 update of firefox. Tried restarting in safe
mode and it still does it. Quite frustrating. Seems every page from
news.google.com will cause the issue although you can load
  news.google.com ok.
