Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Firefox and
Thunderbird.
You made this bug report in 2012 and there have been several versions of
Ubuntu, Firefox and Thunderbird since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect 971539
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.

Profile manager doesn't get translated
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
ProfileManager is still in English language.
I have installed:
- firefox-local-nl
- thunderbird-local-nl
Firefox & Thunderbird open is Dutch language.
firefox or thunderbird -ProfileManager via the terminal is English
language. How can I change language?
